Fill in the fields according to
what is shown above. The POP3 mail server is
the name of your domain. Enter your username and password in the space provided.
In the SMTP host, enter your local service providers SMTP server. In
case you do not know the SMTP server name, please contact your local
Internet Service Provider and ask them the SMTP server name.

Enter your domain name for incoming mail server. Make sure you have "POP" choosen, and
"Leave mail on server" unchecked.

the "Sending Mail" option |

Fill in your email address in the "Return
Address" field, and make sure
the SMTP server field is filled with Your Local Internet Service Provider's SMTP server. In case you do not know the SMTP server name, please call you Internet
Service Provider and ask them for the SMTP server name. Double check
all your settings then click OK. You are now ready to check your mail!
